Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of MoodE. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use MoodE.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16, or the minimum age required in your region, to create an account without a parent or guardian. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
A journal, not medical care
MoodE supports journaling, self-reflection, and guided wellness practices. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or crisis response. If you may be in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
AI features
AI reflections are automated, may be incomplete or incorrect, and should not be treated as professional advice. You decide whether to use them and remain responsible for decisions you make based on any output.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give MoodE a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, upload malicious material, impersonate others, abuse automated access, or use MoodE to develop a competing model or service through unauthorized extraction.
App stores, purchases, and subscriptions
Downloads and any future purchases may be handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Store subscriptions, if offered, must be managed or cancelled through the relevant store. Deleting a MoodE account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Service availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the product. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using MoodE and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or serious violation of these terms, with notice where appropriate.
Intellectual property
MoodE, its software, branding, designs, and service content are owned by MoodE or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These terms give you only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, MoodE is provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MoodE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot be limited remain unaffected.
Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law and the courts available to you depend on your location and any mandatory consumer protections. Before starting a formal dispute, contact privacy@goodmoodi.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and will provide notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Contact privacy@goodmoodi.com with questions.
