Getting started
Open MoodE, choose a mood and score, then add a note or tags if useful. There is no streak requirement, and you can skip any day.
Sign-in help
MoodE supports email and password registration with email verification, and Google sign-in where available. Update the app and check your network connection before trying again.
AI reflections
AI reflection is optional and requires submitted text. Results may be inaccurate and are not medical advice. You can create mood entries without adding text.
Voice input, photos, and reminders
Voice input, profile photos, and reminders require the relevant device permission. You can change permissions later in your device settings.
Delete your account
In MoodE, open Settings and choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use the Account deletion page or email privacy@goodmoodi.com.
Report a problem
Email privacy@goodmoodi.com with your device model, operating-system version, MoodE version, and a brief description. Do not include journal text unless it is necessary for the request.
Urgent support
MoodE does not monitor emergencies. If you may be in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services, a crisis line, or a qualified professional now.
