Delete your MoodE account
You can permanently delete your MoodE account in the app or request deletion from the web. Deletion cannot be undone.
Delete in the app
Sign in to MoodE, open Settings, choose Delete account, review the warning, and confirm. This removes the active MoodE account and associated mood records from the MoodE backend.
Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@goodmoodi.com from the address connected to your account. Use the subject MoodE account deletion request and include only the email address used for MoodE. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership.
Data covered by the request
A verified request covers the MoodE account profile and identifiers we control, synchronized mood records, note text, tags, scores, generated AI insights, and stored profile images associated with the account.
Timing and limited retention
We target completion within 30 days after verifying the request. MoodE does not set an extra retention period for journal entries after verified deletion. Limited security, transaction, or legal records may be retained only when reasonably necessary or required by law.
Linked services
Google sign-in and profile-image storage involve separate service providers. Email us if you want confirmation that linked Firebase authentication data and stored profile-image objects have also been removed. Removing MoodE access from your Google account alone does not delete your MoodE account.
Subscriptions
MoodE does not currently list a paid subscription on this site. If subscriptions are offered later, deleting your MoodE account will not automatically cancel billing managed by Apple or Google.
